Elements disregarded in comparison
The comparison rules disregard specified components, including an initial definite article and prescribed endings for legal form. They also identify endings such as Singapore, Group, Holdings and International, along with listed domain suffixes. Adding one of these elements may therefore fail to distinguish a proposed name from an existing or reserved name under the instrument's comparison rules.
