Records available as copies or extracts
New rule 3A identifies filings concerning changes in particulars, approval and revocation for accounting corporations, firms and LLPs as records for which the Registrar can provide or certify copies or extracts on payment. The rules also require an accounting corporation's constitution to cover the Third Schedule matters and align a resignation notice with the relevant Companies Act provisions.
