Electronic filing and refusal to process
The default route is the Registrar's electronic transaction system using the provided form. Where a transaction cannot be performed there, the Registrar determines another form and method. The regulations allow refusal to process for non-compliance with these requirements and related document, identification or endorsement rules. Filing through an available interface is therefore not enough if the required information or supporting formalities are missing.
