Name differences that may be disregarded
The LLP comparison rules cover existing and reserved names across several entity types, rather than LLPs alone. They disregard specified legal-form endings and descriptive endings such as Singapore, Group or International, together with listed domain suffixes. Merely adding an entity suffix or one of the prescribed expressions may therefore leave a proposed name identical for registration purposes.
