Restricted word and precise exception
The Registrar is directed not to register an LLP name containing Temasek unless Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited is a partner or prospective partner of the LLP or proposed LLP. The notification also revokes the previous direction under section 19(1)(d). The exception depends on the specified partner relationship, not merely a proposed business connection or similar name.
