Requirements for an electronic transaction
The revised LP rules require the provided electronic form unless the Registrar permits or requires another route. Where the system cannot support a transaction, the Registrar determines the alternative method. Refusal grounds include not following the procedure, incomplete forms and failure to supply required documents or information, making completeness part of the filing requirement rather than a separate optional step.
