A general-partner exception
The LP notification prohibits registration of a name containing Temasek unless Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited is a general partner. This is specifically a general-partner condition, rather than an exception for any investor or business associate. The instrument takes effect on 3 January 2016 and cancels the earlier name-restriction notification.
