A provision-by-provision commencement notice
The operative paragraph lists specific sections and, in many cases, individual subsections of the 2014 Amendment Act. Those listed provisions start on 3 January 2016. The notification was made on 21 December 2015. Its function is to activate selected amendments; it does not itself restate the substantive company-law duties introduced by those provisions.
