Electronic filing and alternative channels
The replacement rules make the Registrar's electronic transaction system and prescribed electronic form the default filing route. If a transaction cannot be completed through that system, the Registrar determines another form and method. A transaction may be refused for failing to follow the required route or properly complete the form; the rules also replace the older agent terminology with authorised representative.
