Who the architecture guide is for
The guide assumes familiarity with XBRL specifications and is software-neutral. Data consumers can use its modelling explanations to interpret instance documents, while software providers can use its taxonomy-file structure to generate them. Topics include logical and physical organisation, folders and files, hierarchical lists and dimensional modelling, connecting reporting concepts to their technical representation.
