Accepted and rejected consultation proposals
The response accepts extending the meeting provisions to schemes of arrangement and other court-ordered meetings where the court directs. It also accepts clarifying the interaction with constitutions. By contrast, it rejects removing words from the virtual-technology definition because this could introduce ambiguity.
