Extension categories are different
The guide lists 60-day requests for certain annual obligations and foreign-company financial statements. It separately lists 14 days for a court-approved capital reduction notice, 30 days for a charge instrument executed overseas and 60 days for deregistration evidence after redomiciliation. These categories have different legal purposes; one extension should not be assumed to cover another filing.
