Cancellation is subject to the absence of relevant complaints, information and pending disciplinary proceedings. A sole remaining PA may need to arrange another qualified partner or director, revoke PAE status or close the entity first. Continuing entities must still meet their statutory PA composition requirements. The cancellation application is free and ACRA lists 14 to 21 working days for processing.
