A general partner or CSP may submit the relevant Bizfile transaction. Prepare the cessation or dissolution date and settle contracts, asset transfers, loans and applicable GST cancellation. The official transaction is free. For cessation, an expired LP registration must first be renewed. For a court-ordered dissolution, the filing asks for the order date and number. Select the transaction matching the actual event.
