Two targeted schedule deletions
The amendment removes paragraph (a) from the transaction description in item 9 and paragraph (g) from item 12 of the First Schedule to the 2015 fee regulations. It takes effect on 1 July 2023 and was made on 11 June. The document specifies deletions rather than publishing replacement amounts or an entirely new fee schedule.
