Primary listing is the added category
The addition is a foreign company whose shares have a primary listing on an approved exchange in Singapore. The notification makes that insertion within paragraph 1 of the Fifteenth Schedule and also adjusts punctuation to accommodate it. The distinction between a primary listing and any form of quotation is part of the actual inserted description.
