Where the registers are kept
The inserted filing information distinguishes the company's registered office from the appointed filing agent's registered office as the place of keeping the controller register. It requires a separate statement for the nominee director register. Thus the amendment concerns disclosure of register location, not a declaration that the two registers contain the same people or must be stored together.
