Individual-controller particulars
The regulations specify identity and contact information, nationality, birth date and the dates when an individual becomes or ceases to be a controller. Separate provisions cover forms, confirmation, notices and nominee directors. Recording a current name alone is therefore not the register contemplated by the instrument: changes in status and the supporting notice process are part of its structure.
