Fees and terminology affected
The revised Second Schedule sets the financial-statement-period extension application at up to S$150 and the Registrar's consent to auditor resignation at S$200. It also replaces the older reference to accounts and reports with financial statements and directors' statements. These are the transaction descriptions and amounts in the 2015 amendment, rather than a comprehensive fee table.
