What this covers
Effective from 9 June 2025, the framework requires registration for businesses providing covered corporate services in or from Singapore, including providers that do not file for clients. Registered CSPs have AML, counter-terrorism and proliferation-financing obligations.
How to use this guidance
Commercial nominee-director appointments must be arranged through registered CSPs with fitness-and-propriety assessment. Determine whether your services are covered and follow the applicable registration and compliance guidance.
