ACRA provides notice routes under sections 76(9A), 76(9B), 76(9BA) and 76(10)(e). Depending on the route, prepare assistance and dispatch dates, resolutions, solvency statements or the statutory statement. Specified PDF uploads are limited to 5 MB. A company officer or CSP files through Notice of Resolution. The service is free and immediate, but the correct statutory category must be selected.
