Prepare the original charge number, satisfaction date and supporting documents. The charge must remain on the company’s register. The chargor or its appointed CSP can file; a chargee filing for the chargor must engage a CSP that has added the chargor as a client. The transaction is free and immediately processed. This differs from varying the terms of an ongoing charge.
