Unless exempt, new companies from 16 June 2025 file initial information on registration day; the older-company transition deadline was 31 December 2025. Later updates are due within two business days of changing the private registers, with no extension route. Current nominee status appears in business profiles, but nominator identities and historical arrangements remain private. Errors can be corrected through the register-update service without a Notice of Error.
