A separate business account helps organise cash movements and records. Employer, CPF, data-protection and tax responsibilities must be reviewed before relevant activities begin. These steps serve different purposes: central controller filing is not a substitute for maintaining the LLP's own register, and business registration is not a replacement for an activity-specific licence. Assign each follow-up task to a named responsible person.
