Individual and corporate controller records
The prescribed individual-controller information covers identity, nationality, residential address and the dates control begins or ends. Corporate-controller records instead include entity name, registration identifier where available, registered office, legal form and incorporation jurisdiction and law. The regulations therefore require different information for natural persons and entities rather than a single undifferentiated owner list.
