From 15 December 2022 the stated rate is S$200 an hour, capped at S$2,000. The Registrar confirms waiver where PAOC changes the original failed review to a pass at the end of reconsideration. Practice Direction 4 of 2014 is revoked. The document distinguishes this charge from ordinary practice-monitoring fee caps, which had been placed in the Rules' Fifth Schedule since December 2017.
