Specific requirements and implications
For PA reviews commencing from 1 July 2023, the direction provides for publication of unsatisfactory outcomes, including identifying details and the order's effective period. Earlier reviews remain under the 2016 policy. Entity quality-control reviews and disciplinary cases have separate provisions. Removal can follow an improved review result, cancellation or cessation under the specified rules; publication is not necessarily permanent or governed by one universal period.
