Registering and Updating a VCC Charge

A charge created in Singapore must be registered within 30 days; an overseas charge has a 37-day deadline. VCC officers may file directly or use a CSP. Prepare the creation date, UEN and relevant instrument information. Subsequent changes use variation, while full or partial repayment uses satisfaction.
