Keep the transaction reference for incorporation. Once approved, the name is reserved for 120 days and registration must occur within that period; otherwise it becomes available again. The VCC guidance also permits withdrawal during the reservation period before incorporation or transfer is applied for. Check the VCC-specific process rather than assuming ordinary business-name withdrawal rules are identical.
