Confidential records and invalid addresses
The factsheet says residential addresses would remain on a confidential register when an alternate address is displayed publicly. After due enquiry, the Registrar could replace an unusable alternate address with the residential address. Penalties and a three-year restriction address invalid reporting. The document also introduces administrative restoration of LLPs struck off following the Registrar's review.
