BIKES supports rider and pillion self-service: scan a QR code or passport at the kiosk, enter the bay and follow payment/card and biometric prompts. Lift the visor and remove sunglasses/masks for facial capture. At all biometric lanes, avoid headgear or coloured/patterned contacts obstructing capture. For example, adding a pillion requires the correct individual/group record for both travellers, not just the rider.
