Collection arrangements
Book collection within one month of approval. Passports uncollected after three months are cancelled without refund. Collect at ICA, an eligible designated post office or the chosen overseas mission. Post-office collection has no additional collection fee for eligible residents.
Attendance and documents
Applicants normally collect personally; parents may collect for children under six by appointment. Bring the current passport and digital/physical IC. For a child, bring the original birth certificate, current passport if any and consenting parent’s IC/passport. Overseas applicants must attend the mission at least once, during application or collection. A missed four-day post-office collection window requires rescheduling according to ICA’s notice.
