Report promptly
Report loss immediately; the legal deadline is 14 days. A reported passport cannot be used even if recovered. Return a recovered passport to ICA within 14 days. A police report is not required for Singapore-passport replacement.
Submit the report and replace
Use the official reporting service for yourself or a child under 16. Prepare Singpass and the circumstances/photos relevant to the report. Overseas, the nearest Singapore mission can assist. Apply for a new passport one working day after reporting. Add S$50 for a first loss/damage or S$100 for subsequent cases to the S$70 online/S$80 counter passport fee.
