Purpose and scope
These terms govern an ICA Long-Term Visit Pass, including changes, cancellation, sponsor arrangements and lawful activities. The linked document is dated 7 September 2023.
Information and procedure
The following separates the document’s main parts and applicable requirements.

| Cancellation | Cancel before departure if returning only after expiry; a new immigration pass, Entry Permit or citizenship invalidates the LTVP |
| Sponsor | Notify ICA of withdrawal of renewal sponsorship; a replacement citizen/PR sponsor needs ICA acceptance |
| Conduct | Renew before expiry and comply with stay purpose, work restrictions and criminal/drug prohibitions |
Completion and follow-up
A sponsor cannot unilaterally cancel without both parties’ consent; ICA retains cancellation discretion. Return expired/cancelled physical cards. Breaches can attract the stated regulatory penalty of up to S$1,000, six months’ imprisonment or both, with separate serious offences for overstay/illegal work.
