Who submits and when?
Submit within three days including arrival day through the official free SGAC service or MyICA. Travellers remaining airside without immigration clearance are exempt. Citizens, PRs and long-term pass holders entering through Woodlands or Tuas are also exempt; those arriving by air or sea still submit. IPA holders use the foreign-visitor option.
A timing example and group travel
For an arrival on 30 June, submission opens on 28 June. Group submission covers people travelling together on one trip, not several trips by one traveller. Save the acknowledgement and use an accessible, correct email address; the e-Pass is sent there after arrival clearance. MyICA can save a profile to simplify later submissions.
Health changes and misleading paid sites
Use Update SGAC if health information changes after submission. Make truthful declarations. SGAC is not a visa and does not itself grant entry or a stay period. ICA does not endorse commercial paid submission services; use the official links below.
