Purpose and scope
The free assessment helps a Singapore citizen and intended non-resident spouse plan marriage and residence. Marriage alone does not confer long-term stay.

Completion and follow-up
The source estimates about 20 minutes to complete. False declarations invalidate the assessment. Its note about Work Permit marriage approval is preserved from ICA’s advisory; this article does not introduce a separate MOM research scope.
