Free official submission
ICA’s advisory states that SGAC should be submitted free through its official service or MyICA. Commercial paid submission providers are not affiliated with or endorsed by ICA.
The annex and an example
The original carries a dated, non-exhaustive list of commercial website addresses. Consult that original rather than assuming an unlisted site is official. For example, a fee shown by a lookalike arrival-card site is not an ICA SGAC government fee.
