The landing separates citizen/PR users and self/family options. Renewal preparation includes UIN, valid travel document, applicable spouse/work/education details and payment. Transfer uses old/new documents and the existing REP.

The download/validity, email-update and verification-letter functions are separate from renewing. Select the required operation and check the resulting document.
