Who receives an e-Pass?
Foreign visitors receive an electronic Visit Pass after arrival clearance instead of a passport ink stamp. PRs and long-term pass holders do not receive it on arrival. It records the D/E number, granted stay duration and last permitted day.
Retrieve the current trip’s record
Use the email declared in SGAC or ICA’s e-Pass Enquiry Portal with the D/E number or passport details. Find D/E in the current SGAC acknowledgement email, web PDF download or MyICA Submitted Declarations. If several submissions exist, select the one for this trip.
Stay limit and assistance
Check the e-Pass last day, not the visa expiry. The official stay-validity tool uses the relevant arrival date and granted days; extension uses a separate e-Service and is subject to approval. If retrieval fails, send ICA an enquiry, with an error screenshot where available.
