Announcement scope
ICA’s announcement describes electronic Visit Passes replacing passport ink endorsements for arriving foreign visitors from 11 March 2022. The email pass states the granted days and last permitted day. This is a dated rollout announcement; current retrieval instructions are provided on the separate live retrieval page.
Email and retrieval
Provide a correct SGAC email address. The portal allows retrieval using the relevant arrival-record details; send ICA the error screenshot if access fails. The granted visit duration remains distinct from the visa validity.
