Choose the resident/long-term pass or foreign-visitor route, complete the relevant arrival/health details and submit within the three-day window including arrival day.
Choose the correct operation
Submission is free. Save the acknowledgement/D/E record; a group submission covers people on the same trip. A change in health status uses Update SGAC.
