Location and opening hours
ICA Services Centre is at 2 Crawford Street near Lavender MRT (EW11). General opening hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm; closed weekends and public holidays. Individual services may have earlier cut-offs, so check the relevant service page and appointment notice.
Appointment and documents
Use ICA’s official booking channel to book, change or cancel the appropriate service appointment. Bring the documents specified in the approval/collection notice and collect a queue ticket as directed. An appointment for one service does not complete a different application.
Getting there
Lavender MRT is about two minutes away on foot. There is no public parking at the centre; nearby public carparks are along North Bridge Road, Crawford Lane and French Road. The Crawford Street drop-off bay is for alighting, not waiting. Use online services where the relevant task can be completed remotely.
