Citizens can seek assessment from service ambassadors at level 1 of ICA Services Centre during opening hours. Bring IC, applicable current passport, travel-urgency evidence and a photo taken within three months. For a child under 16 substitute the child’s birth certificate and consenting parent’s IC. ICA assesses the request; expected waiting is three hours or longer.
