Who this setup route is for
This document addresses the case where the company’s registered officer is also its Corppass administrator and will handle all digital services personally. It is not a general guide to creating employee users or appointing tax agents. Begin at the Corppass website and choose administrator registration.
Authenticate and enter company details
The registration route redirects you to Singpass. Authenticate with the app’s QR-code method or the identity-and-password method described in the document. Enter the company’s UEN, check that the pre-populated name is correct and supply the contact details. The UEN links the administrator registration to the relevant company.
All-service access and consent
The option granting the administrator account access to all Corppass digital services is selected by default in the illustrated route. Keeping it selected gives the administrator access to the digital services then available on Corppass. Review the registration details, indicate consent to the terms and conditions and submit the registration.
Proceeding to company tax filing
After registration, the guide directs the officer to myTax Portal to file the company’s Form C-S or Form C. It describes access setup, not the company’s eligibility to use a particular tax return. The source’s two-page illustrated process is retained for reference.
