The original workflow
After signing in, the guide directs users from Account Summary to View Details for the GST account. Its second step shows two years of financial transactions and offers Save As PDF/Print or a Download button to obtain the statement. This is an account balance and payment record workflow, rather than a GST return submission.
Check the current interface
IRAS’s current GST payments webpage specifies GST (Payment) authorisation under Corppass and describes three years of transactions. The older PDF’s two-year display should therefore be treated as historical. Follow current portal labels and authorisation requirements when accessing a business account.
