Portal functions
Use Stamp Duty Login with Singpass to stamp a document, pay additional duty, retrieve or amend a certificate, request a refund or seek adjudication. Adhesive stamps are no longer used. IRAS also provides e-kiosks at Revenue House; check current opening arrangements and appointment options before visiting.
Foreign-user access
Foreign individuals without Singpass may apply for a Singpass Foreign user Account or ask a local representative to stamp. SFA is for individual access and does not let foreign employees use a company’s Stamp Duty ID under Corppass. Companies should assign NRIC or FIN holders. An IRAS ASGD identifier issued for other taxes does not itself enable foreign-entity Stamp Duty Login.
