Its 2022 Cash tests use YA2021 income and home annual value at31 December 2021, Singapore residence, age21 and no more than one property. MediSave uses separate age65-and-above criteria. The S$400/S$2502022 cash amounts and stated 2023 increments are historical schedules, not a 2026 calculation.
Payout and household differences
PayNow-NRIC is distinguished from PayNow-mobile for cash payment, while U-Save offsets utilities and S&CC offsets town-council charges. The 2022 sign-up deadline of 30 April 2023 has passed. Overseas-resident citizens did not qualify under the stated Cash residence condition. Follow the current official voucher portal for revised income, annual-value and payout rules rather than treating this earlier FAQ as the latest application instructions.
