E-filing provides acknowledgement, status checks and online clearance directives. Attach the applicable schedules for benefits-in-kind, exercised or deemed-exercised share gains, and unexercised or restricted awards tracked by the employer; your own computations may also be supporting documents. For paper filing, download the official form and send it to IRAS at 55 Newton Road, Singapore 307987. Consult the completion guidance and explanatory notes for the fields relevant to the employee.
