The procedural walkthrough does not establish eligibility for a remission or replace the rate guide for the transaction.
Records and payments
Note the Document Reference Number from the acknowledgement for payment. Amendments may need desktop access and further review rather than instant approval. Records are accessible through the stamping account and liable parties, with certificate retrieval limited to the current year and three preceding years. Older copies should be requested from the original representative.
