Credit limits and eligibility
SFEC provides a one-off S$10,000 credit covering up to 90% of eligible out-of-pocket costs, on top of supported programmes. Enterprise transformation can use at most S$7,000; workforce transformation may use the available balance. Employers were assessed under earlier qualifying periods and notified, so no new SFEC application is required.
Final claims and disbursement
The official page states support expires on 30 November 2026 and final claims must reach the relevant programme agencies by that date. Approved claims trigger separate quarterly SFEC payments through IRAS GIRO or PayNow Corporate. Each underlying programme still has its own conditions.
